We accept an item for return or exchange within 24 hours of purchase in its original condition and packaging. Items which are delivered can be returned within one (1) week after the delivery date. Bring with you the item for exchange/return, together with the sales invoice/delivery receipt. This policy is particularly applied to purchases of resins and hardener which can be easily contaminated. |
